Designed specifically to handle larger plates, our new CM62 Series Commercial Conveyors meet the rigorous demands of automated commercial and newspaper plate production facilities.

The CM62 Series Conveyors feature a universal design and handle a wide spectrum of plates and plate sizes without special set up or intense programming. This versatile conveyor line handles multiple CtP units to maximize the production of a single plate processor, or can be set up to accept plates from multiple CtPs, then feed them to multiple processors. 

The CM62 Series Conveyors are available in four configurations: 

• CM62-S  feeds plates straight through from CtP to processor, without changing plate direction or orientation.
• CM62-R feeds plates straight though, but automatically rotates them into either portrait or landscape orientation to maximize the processor area.
• CM62-X allows plates to shift into or exit out of any of three sides of the conveyor without changing plate orientation.
• CM62-X-R can be configured to accept plates from the CtP on any of its three sides, automatically rotate them as needed and then feed them out any of its three sides to the processor. It can handle multiple lines with rotation capabilities. 

Other features of the CM62 Series Conveyors include: 

Universal Plate Control
 The CM62 Series Conveyors can accept any size plate, with a minimum size of 12 x 14 inches (305 x 356mm) and a maximum size of 37 x 46 inches (939 x 1,168mm) without any special programming or set up required.

Automatic Rotation
The CM62-R and the CM62-X-R both include a plate rotation feature which automatically rotates larger plates prior to exiting the conveyor.  This can maximize plate / processor throughput and can be adjusted to meet exacting and changing customer needs.  All plates are handled from the underside of the plate.  Nothing touches the plate-printing surface.

Programming and Control
The CM62 Series Conveyors are easily programmed by a certified technician using either Glunz & Jensen Remote Client with no license required.

Communication
The CM62 Series Conveyors can connect and communicate with several CtPs and processors for full-line plate flow monitoring, control, and communication.

Manual Plate Feed
All CM62 Series Conveyors are available with manual side load on any of three sides to feed plates into the line for processing.

Independent Leveling
The CM62 Series Conveyors utilize a caster foundation for easy installation and removal for maintenance to the CtP or processor.  All legs have independent height adjustment for proper alignment with the CtP and the processor.  Maximum conveyor height is 45 inches (1,143mm), with a minimum height of 35 inches (889mm).

Upgrade Options
The versatile design of the CM62 Series Conveyors allows for field upgrades to add a cross-conveyor for conversion into a CM62-X and also an available rotation device to upgrade to a CM62-R or CM62-X-R.  This is one conveyor that will grow with the ever-changing demands of your business or available floor space, and all without the need for expensive reprogramming or a costly and time-consuming field Service call.
