Increase plate run length
The press run length of plates is significantly increased by post-baking. The Quartz Supreme Post-bake Oven offers even and rapid baking of the plates, it is easy to operate and maintain, and is fully compatible to the complete Quartz Plateline system.
The optimal balanced air flow recirculation system and the advanced control ensures an exceptional overall heat uniformity despite of any influence from the surroundings ie. the ambient room temperature. A driven wire mesh belt safely transports the plates through the heating section and onto a post-bake conveyor.
An integrated exhaust fan ensures stable temperature within the oven, and can be connected to an external ventilation system for optimal working ambiant room temperature.
State-of-the-art new GNUCll electronics and control have been implemented in the new generation of Supreme post-bake ovens - giving the user full and easy control of the temperature and speed of the four selectable programs. These programs can be programmed with the wanted speed and temperature for individual plate types.
A new conveyor program is developed in connection with the Supreme Post-bake Ovens and consists of a range of individual input and output conveyors.
