  • Trouble-free cleaning and maintenance

    An easy-lift top cover provides access to snap lock mounted brushes, rollers, spray bars and guides, and they are replaced in minutes – without the use of tools or the need to re-calibrate.

  • Touch screen controls

    Easy to master graphical touch screen control panel with optional native language plug-in and built-in remote support and diagonostics.

  • Automated monitoring and regulation
    Very easy to operate, even unattended, as the processor monitors fluid and temperature levels and adjusts accordingly. If user involvement required, it alerts the operator and provides on-screen step-by-step help.

     

  • Universal CtP compatibility

    The universal front panel is prepared for online integration with any CtP - all you need is a simple CtP-specific adaptation kit.

  • Approved and accreditated

    You will be safe with our products. We have designed and build the products according to the current standards and an independent institute has inspected and approved the products for CE safety standards, UL, c/UL and RoHS. All certificates are available upon request.

  • Standard or custom configurations
    Built with a standard configuration for the most typical applications, it can be reconfigured with a dedicated configuration to give the widest possible latitude for a specific applications. A USB port allows for configuration back-up and restoration.

  • Closed stand

    Keep your pre-press room tidy and organized by hiding the containers with easily fitted side panels.
    Are easily removed without tools to give full access to the space under the processor.

  • Drip tray

    Keep your pre-press room tidy and organized with a drip tray which lay on the floor below the processor to collect and hold fluids which are accidentally spilled onto the floor.

  • Delivery table

    The delivery table manages the processed plates while the operator feed plates to the processor. It is mounted at the processor exit and collect plates as they have been processed.
    For automatic online configurations it is recommended to use a stacker instead, which can handle a higher capacity.

  • Feed table

    Easy feeding of plates into the processor when it is used in an offline or manual configuration by adding a table surface/top for resting plates onto when they are fed into the processor.
    For inline configurations you can use a conveyor  to connect with the CtP, instead of a feed table.

  • Water saving

    Reduce your water consumption with more than 85% by adding the water saving option which circulate/re-use a most of the water. 

  • Remote enabling system

    Monitor, correct settings and diagnose the condition of the processor via the local network or modem, for example check chemistry, replenish and waste/water levels, temperatures, or if there is a plate jam.
