Print versionThe VisionMaster is a fully automatic, in-line single stage vision registration punch/bend system for both singlewide and doublewide plates up to 965 mm (38"). It is capable of processing up to 170 singlewide or doublewide plates per hour (pph).
Plates are automatically Vision registered by fixed dual cameras and registration marks on the furniture of the plate with and accuracy of 0.02 mm (0.0007”). Plates are punched (includes up to four punches) and then bent using Glunz & Jensen’s unique rotary bend leaf design.
The VisionMaster is PC controlled and comes with an in-line conveyor system for automatic "lights-out" plate flow systems. It can also be used as a free standing bender. This option uses the internal conveyor system to accept the plate and feed the plate back after the punch/bend sequence, though it allows for the VisionMaster to be upgraded to in-line plate flow systems later.
