New Dealer Training Program (Processors and plateline)
All dealer technical training takes place in our own facilities – either in Denmark, Slovakia or US – and is open to all Glunz & Jensen dealers. Apply now and get updated and certified on Glunz & Jensen equipment.
Individual Customer Technical product training (Punch/bend equipment)
In order to take advantage of all the customized features specific to the Punch/Bend and Press Registration you ordered for your print facility, Glunz & Jensen offers individual site training for any new equipment purchases directly to the end user.
Technical product training
A Glunz & Jensen dealer has the obligation to have a well-trained service organization; and/or sponsored third-party service technicians, enabling them to undertake efficient service on all Glunz & Jensen products.
Your benefit
For you to serve your customers the best it is of the utmost importance that your technical as well as sales staff has a good knowledge of the Glunz & Jensen equipment and its many features. Joining a technical seminar will enable you to install and service the system and furthermore give a good understanding of the flexibility our products offer the customers.
Application form
Fill in and send the Application Form to us no later than two weeks prior to the seminar in question. You will receive our confirmation indicating details on the seminar, hotel booking information and how to find your way to Glunz & Jensen.
Language
The standard seminars will be held in English.
Seminar material
Seminar material is handed out during the seminar is in English.
Seminar fee
The seminars have a tuition fee which includes seminar material, food and beverages during the seminar. Please ask for our price list at Customer Support.
Special seminars
Special seminars can be arranged at Glunz & Jensen premises or at the dealer’s premises or at an end user site with working Punch/Bend and Press Registration equipment. In case of the latter the dealer must arrange to have equipment on site prior to the instructor’s arrival. The dealer will be invoiced for traveling, accommodation, food and beverage expenses and instructor’s fee. Please ask for our price list at Customer Support.
Cancellation
A seminar can be cancelled if the number of participants is too low. Cancellations will be informed 14 days before the seminar would have taken place and dates for other seminars will be given.
